Currently none of the Engineering colleges and Institutions are offering courses in MEP operations and Maintenance branch rather having core engineering like Electrical, Mechanical, Civil etc., But as a Head of Engineering department is qualified in core Engineering and has to meet challenges in MEP operations and Maintenance for maintaining and upkeep the property. Here is the importance of the Unity of Chief Engineers needed to share knowledge thoughts and ideas for solutions. This forum is an opportunity for all the members to meet regularly interact each other and discuss the critical issues they met in their day to day operations. As a result, adaption of solution, modern technologies through advice of technical experts in the field, capable vendors, and contractors etc., is possible which will ultimately beneficial to everyone.
